Potatoes will always stand tall in my book. Fry it, boil it, bake it, mash it, scallop it, roast it; no matter how potatoes are made, I will enjoy it. We eat potatoes at my house at least once every week and we enjoy it, so when there is left over mash, I look forward to indulging for breakfast.
